Join us to clean up the park, meet new friends & bring our city closer together.

🎉Sat., 10/10 From whenever you are in the world, celebrate & amplify IDEALIST DAY Idealist by doing a small, positive act to make the world a better place. Ideas: Write a thank you note, walk with a friend, or host a clean-up. Take a pic, share on IG & tag us. Join the hundreds of people all over world celebrating this special day.

🌲Befriend will be at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA on 10/10 sharing the message of Befriend. If you are the area, DM us to join our walk.

🌅Fri., 10/16 - A Befriend Sunset Walk with FEEL GOOD RVA Aspen Grove Wellness I Mental Health Therapy 6-7pm, University of Richmond Eco-Corridor and Lake, Richmond, VA. Meet behind Starbucks at 6201 River Road, RVA. Stroll this beautiful path and meet new friends. A great way to end your day!

🌸Sat., 10/24 - Befriend x Fordham University Fordham University Fordham Health & Wellness Club ang💌 for A Walk of Kindness at the New York Botanical Gardens New York Botanical Garden 2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, New York from 11-12pm. Meet at the main entrance. Walk the beautiful gardens & share flowers with positive notes along the way!

📚Sun., 10/25 - Befriend Poetry Gather with Befriend’s Alex Trivas & Loleta Smith with our Richmond Poet Laureates City of Richmond, VA Moeflowz | Poet Rosa Hornsby Castellano from 5-6pm at Jefferson Park, 1921 Princess Anne Ave., Richmond, VA. Poetry is welcoming way to share our stories with people from all different backgrounds & bring our city closer together. Friends are welcome to write a poem to share, bring their favorite poem to share or simply come and listen. Theme: Fall & Transitions.
