✌️RVA OrangeFest promotes gun violence prevention by fostering connection, belonging, & collective action for a safe, peaceful Richmond.

🎉Idealist Day is a global movement celebrated on days where the month & day match (like 6/6) to inspire positive action toward creating a better world for all.

🫶 LOVE joining these powerful missions & GRATEFUL to all the Richmonders who came out, especially Anne Holton Amy Popovich .rva & so many more!

🎉6/6 - Idealist Day with . Celebrate & amplify Idealist Day by doing a small, positive act to make the world a better place for all. Take a pic, share on IG & tag us. Join the hundreds of people all over world celebrating this special day.

🧡Befriend will be in Richmond, VA partnering with at their RVA OrangeFest 2026 to raise awareness of gun violence prevention. Volunteers needed for our table. DM if interested. All are welcome to attend the event!

🌅6/10 - Befriend Sunset Walk, 6:30-7:30pm, University of Richmond Eco-corridor & Lake, Richmond, VA. Meet behind Starbucks at River Road Shopping Center, 6201 River Road, RVA. Stroll this beautiful path, meet new friends & enjoy the good vibes.

🌳6/15 - Befriend Sunset Clean-up #12 from 7-8pm with
.park_rva_official at Jefferson Park, 1921 Princess Anne Ave., Richmond, VA.
Join us to clean up the park, meet new friends & bring our city closer together.

🥕 6/20 - Befriend Farmer’s Market Walk with Tee Hollowell & Sandee Smith, 9-10am. Meet at the Second Street Baptist Church, 3300 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA. Special partnership with , the Broad Rock Farmer’s Market & Second Street Baptist Church. For every lap we walk, each person receives a token for $2.50 to use at the Farmer’s Market to a maximum of $10. Get some exercise, meet a new friend & go home with local produce.
