Join RG Baltimore for our fall praxis group to build community, talk about class and wealth, and learn how to leverage privilege for social change! Apply by September 8th!

📣 WHAT IS A PRAXIS? 📣
A praxis group is a small group of young people (age 18-35) with class privilege and/or wealth, or who are partners of people with wealth, who meet regularly over the course of several weeks.

A praxis group builds community and relationships, provides space to talk openly and honestly about wealth and class privilege, and supports you to set personal goals around giving and leveraging privilege for social change.

Praxis is also an opportunity to build organizing skills, and connect with Baltimore's Resource Generation chapter and our local partners.

Resource Generation is a multiracial membership community of young people with wealth and/or class privilege, organizing towards the equitable distribution of land, wealth, and power. Weekly meetings help everyone move forward with their personal commitments and development as organizers.

Many RGers have attended wealthy colleges, often with some like-minded students. Let's reach out to our alumni newsletters with a blurb about RG and how it's changed our lives for the better, to try to recruit alumnus (or their kids!) into RG. Many alumni newsletters are eager to share writing by former students. The plan for this meeting is to get together, review some examples and resources, and then do it in the meeting and write something personal and send it to your alma mater.

The application for spring HNW Praxis is live at bit.ly/HNWPraxis26! This spring, we will be offering two High Net Wealth Praxis cohorts - both will focus on Transformative Redistribution but one will be through a Solidarity Economy lens.

What is High Net Wealth Praxis? This is a virtual political education program for cohorts of young people with access to more than 1M in liquid assets or with influence over family assets of at least 10M. Praxis is a space to learn and to process where we, as young people with wealth, can thoughtfully respond to this time of vast inequity and deep-rooted injustice, create a redistribution plan, and build active solidarity with poor and working class communities.

High Net Wealth Praxis will run from April 2026-October 2026. The meetings will be biweekly on Zoom for 90 minutes and will be facilitated by teams of current and former RG staff and RG member leaders.

Make sure to apply by Friday April 3rd!!! bit.ly/HNWPraxis26
