We are overwhelmed. This year, we received double the amount of Dream Vacation applications than ever before.

While we are incredibly grateful that more breast cancer battlers found us and trusted us to share deeply personal parts of their lives, it also reflects a harder reality. Every application is a young adult in the middle of treatment, uncertainty, and a life that’s been turned upside down.

Over the next few months, our team will be carefully and thoughtfully reviewing every application because these stories of resilience and determination deserve our full attention.

To everyone who applied: thank you for sharing your life with us. We see you, and we’re honored to read your stories. 💗

Our Co-Founder Charlotte was featured on to talk about Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness Day, our inspiration Lisa Marzullo, and an important message: no one should be dismissed for being “too young” to have cancer.

In the segment, Charlotte shares more about Lisa's determination (and of course, her sass and wit). Lisa had to advocate for her health, find the right doctors, and push forward through a diagnosis that no 29-year-old should have to face. Through it all, she never lost sight of the question that would eventually inspire this organization:

When can I fly again?

We often talk about the Lisa spirit at Fly Again — resilience, humor, and the determination to keep living life fully, even in the hardest moments. That spirit is what drives our mission today.

We’re committed to raising awareness about young adult breast cancer and giving people the chance to think about life beyond treatment by granting Dream Vacations.

And we’re doing just that. ✈️

Today is Triple Negative Breast Cancer Day. 💗

Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive type of breast cancer that does not have estrogen, progesterone, or HER2 receptors, which means many of the most common targeted treatments don’t work against it.

It’s also more likely to impact younger women.
More likely to grow and spread quickly.
And too often, it comes with the words: “You’re too young for breast cancer.”

Our inspiration, Lisa was diagnosed with TNBC at 29. And like so many others, her world shifted overnight.

Today, we honor the fighters in treatment.
The survivors rebuilding.
The caregivers holding it all together.
And the lives forever changed by this diagnosis.

We raise awareness because early detection matters.
We advocate because research matters.
And we dream big because hope matters.
