That is the power of showing up.

Watch her tell it in her own words.

Our CEO, Sharon Joseph, brought deep expertise to the stage at the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. 40th Annual Conference.

As a leader with an extensive background in financial wellness and fluency, Sharon was a natural fit for the panel: Behavioral Finance: The Psychology of Money. This conversation explored the mindset behind financial decision-making and the cultural, emotional, and behavioral patterns that shape financial outcomes in Black communities.

Sharon did not just attend this conference. She contributed to it in a meaningful way. Her work in financial wellness has long centered on equipping communities with the knowledge and tools to build lasting wealth, and this panel was a reflection of that life's work.
