Empire Space was honored to visit the New York State Legislature in Albany to discuss the power and potential of New York’s space ecosystem!

At the invitation of Assemblymember Clyde Vanel, we addressed the New York Legislative Aviation Caucus alongside our partners from the Intrepid Museum, Lockheed Martin, and AISolutions Ltd., highlighting New York’s ties to and and telling the story of how the Empire State has shaped the Space Age from Apollo to today. Thank you to Assemblymember Donna Lupardo, Chairman Steven Otis, and Senator John Liu for joining the conversation!

We are also honored to be recognized on the floor of the New York State Assembly by Assemblymember Vanel. This marks a new, high visibility moment for New York’s space ecosystem, drawing interest and attention to the amazing space sector work happening every day from Buffalo to Plattsburgh and all the way down through NYC out to the tip of Long Island!

New York *is* a Space State. We always have been, we are today, and we always will be!
