We are so excited to announce the addition of Tracy Frederick as our new Executive Director!
A long-time resident of the Mankato area, Tracy is an accomplished leader and the decision to join B the Light was personal for Tracy, who previously served as a facilitator for one of the organization’s ReLight Retreats.
During her time with the survivors, she witnessed the profound impact B the Light provides by creating spaces where individuals can process the complexities of their journeys, including rarely spoken emotions such as survivor's guilt.
Founded by Amber Melby in 2016, B the Light has grown from a local initiative into a vital support system for survivors throughout the region. Tracy will oversee the organization’s strategic growth, community partnerships, and mission-driven programming.
