Thanks for a great camp!

Technique was the name of the game for wrestlers at the Rolling Thunder Wrestling facility on Wednesday and Thursday as Minnesota Gophers assistant wrestling coach Zach Sanders hosted a two-day wrestling camp.
Sanders was joined Wednesday by Gophers wrestler Gavin Nelson, while Gophers wrestler Charlie Millard assisted him Thursday.

🇺🇸Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Memorial Day, as we remember and honor the brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our country🇺🇸

As kids wrap up the school year and summer begins, we want to remind everyone about the events and opportunities we have planned.

Summer Wrestling Camps
Listed below are our summer camps. See attached flyers for further details.

June 10th & 11th – Zach Sanders 2-day Technique Camp

June 25th – Ali Sprenger All Girls Camp – FREE!

July 15th & 16th – Marcus Levesseur – 2-day Intensive Camp

Summer open mat/workouts:
Starting June 9th , we will be hosting summer advanced practices every Tuesday from 5:30-6:45pm for K-6 wrestlers. We will take off the week of July 4th and then continue through the end of July.

We will be hosting a 2 Day MN Gopher Wrestling Technique Camp on June 10th & 11th . (Wednesday & Thursday)

MN Gopher assistant coach and 4X All American Zach Sanders will once again be facilitating this Camp.

Please Register as soon as possible if you plan to attend. This Camp fills up fast. This is a great first/second year Wrestler Camp.

1st - 6th Grade Wrestlers Session One 9-11am

7th -12th Grade Wrestlers Session Two 12-2:30 pm

Cost is $100 Per Wrestler and includes a Camp T Shirt / Autograph Session.
