ISD 88 Foundation Non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and celebrating New Ulm Public Schools.

The primary goal of the Foundation is to provide the District with a perpetual source of funds for the purpose of enhancing student achievement and development. This will be accomplished by soliciting, managing and distributing supplemental funds for educational programs and projects that are not within the budget capabilities of New Ulm School District 88.

The ISD 88 Foundation has an Endowment Fund!

An endowment is a permanently invested fund where the principal remains protected, and the earnings can be used year after year to support a mission — creating a lasting impact for future generations. 📚✨

The purpose of our Endowment Fund is to create a perpetual source of funding for generations of learners to come. It’s one of the ways we are building a lasting legacy within New Ulm Public Schools.
🎯 Our goal is to reach $1 Million
📈 Current Endowment Total: $650,000

We’re getting close, and we need our community’s help for the final push! Every contribution helps expand opportunities, fund innovative ideas, and impact even more students for years to come.

👏 This year alone, ISD 88 Foundation invested an additional $10,000 into the Endowment Fund — and we invite YOU to join us in growing this lasting investment in education.

Throughout the year, ISD 88 Foundation board members proudly volunteer their time to host public events and fundraisers that support students, educators, and opportunities across New Ulm Public Schools. 🦅

From PreProm events, Homecoming Tailgates, and Brat Stand fundraisers to scholarships, grants, and special initiatives, our board members are dedicated to supporting the mission of enhancing New Ulm Public School education!

🎓 We’ve officially had our FIRST applicant for the 2027 ISD 88 Foundation Grant Cycle! 🦅

As a reminder, our grant application window is NOW OPEN through January 1, 2027.

Our Letter of Intent process is intentionally simple because we know ISD 88 teachers and staff already have a lot on their plates — but also have incredible ideas worth funding!

As this school year wraps up, take time to reflect on:
📚 What could enhance learning for students?
🛠️ What tools, experiences, or opportunities could make a difference?
💡 What idea have you always wanted to bring to life?
