What an amazing year this year 270 meals served in Newport Tichey A lot of people asked me. What started it all!?
After six years of doing this event successfully, the story remains the same.
In 2020 Covid was in full effect and people needed help more than ever. After yet another Failed attempt of a family gathering, I decided to never waste food again on Thanksgiving or Christmas or any other holiday.
We set up on the roadside and we gave food away as we cooked it.
Feed The Need just wrapped up our sixth year and served more people in this one location than ever with the help of the best community we’ve been part of so far.
To everyone who donated thank you.
To everyone who volunteered thank you.
To anyone out there who needs help, be it food, shelter, or mental health help, Please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask someone.
