But I really want you to understand why we’re doing this.

This isn’t just about bowling.

It isn’t even just about raising money.

It’s about belonging.

There are individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and cognitive and intellectual disabilities who have spent far too much of their lives entering spaces wondering:

Will I be accepted here?
Will people understand me?
Am I actually welcome?

For one day, we want there to be absolutely no question.

We want our special needs friends to walk through those doors and know:

❤️ YOU ARE WELCOME HERE.
❤️ YOU ARE WANTED HERE.
❤️ YOU MATTER.
❤️ YOU BELONG.

And this is one of the most important parts of this entire event:

♾️ IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WHO WANTS TO COME BOWL WITH US, INVITE THEM.

They will come at NO COST.

Seriously.

That’s the goal.

We never want money to be the reason one of our special needs friends misses an opportunity to be included, celebrated, and surrounded by a community that genuinely wants them there.

So I’m asking for your help.

Tell your teachers, therapists, caregivers, friends, and neighbors.

Join us September 12th for an afternoon of bowling for a cause to fundraise for Abel Makers Inc.

✨ Big Things Are Happening at Abel Makers! ✨

You may have noticed we’ve been a little quiet lately… and that’s been intentional.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard to build a stronger foundation for Abel Makers. From organizing our nonprofit, developing new systems, creating new curriculum, and preparing for what’s next, we’ve been investing our time into making sure we’re ready for the incredible opportunities God is opening before us.

As part of this new season, we’re also excited to unveil our new Abel Makers logo! We believe it represents who we are and the mission God has called us to: creating a world where every ability belongs.

But we’re just getting started…

🎉 Today we’re announcing our next fundraiser! 🎉

This event will help us continue creating inclusive Bible curriculum, expanding opportunities for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and cognitive and intellectual disabilities, and sharing the hope of Jesus with families throughout our community.
