Founded in 2018, Prescription Joy are clowns that support healing through curiosity and interpersonal play.

We connect with children, families, older adults, and staff members of hospitals, assisted living facilities, and shelters in New Orleans.

The Prescription Joy team had an inspiring and joyful time at Meeting of the Noses!!! Thank you to everyone who came and the NAFHCO committee who put on an amazing conference. We have learned so much and feel so connected to the amazing clowns who are doing the work all over the USA and Canada.

At hospitals , we are here for the staff just as much as anyone else!! Our lunchbox is always filled with vitamins (vitamin C - for Candy) and some hype to distribute to the adults of our children hospitals!!

If you see the blue jumpsuit, feel free to ask us for vitamins! We always bring enough to share 🍭🍬
