A Celebration of Life | Minister Daisy Gordon McRae

We invite family, friends, and the community to gather with us as we celebrate the life, faith, and legacy of Minister Daisy Gordon McRae.

Her life was more than an image to display or a memory to preserve. It was testimony of faith, and the greatest honor we can give her is to carry forward the Word she lived by

As we prepare to celebrate her life, we have one special request: Bring your BIBLE.

Whether you’re joining us in New Orleans or Alabama, we invite you to carry something she treasured and lived by, the Word of God.

Together, we will give thanks for her life, honor her legacy, and celebrate the blessed hope we have in Jesus Christ.

Please see the flyer for service dates, times, locations, and floral tribute information.

As a church family, we pause to honor a life of faith, love, and faithful service.

In moments like these, we are reminded that the church is more than a place where we worship together. We are a family called to bear one another’s burdens, stand together in love, and comfort one another with the hope we have in Jesus Christ.

We invite our entire church family to surround the Wimberly and Gordon-McRae family with continued prayer, love, and support.

We grieve with hope, we remember with gratitude, and we trust in the promises of God.
