Crown Community Garden is hosting a truly family focused community festival.

The “Spring Garden Festival” is for families and kids in New Orleans East. Families are invited to explore the community garden, race through our nature area obstacles course, discover in our Banana Cabana, and spend time meeting other families while enjoying:

craft activities

farmer's market and more!

Spring in the Garden - OPEN PLANNING MEETING - Saturday

In order to prepare for our March 25th - "Spring in the Garden Event" we'll host a meeting January 28th 3:00 pm at Crown of Life . We're looking for volunteers in all areas, marketing, logistics and operations. If you're interested in helping our growing farmers market in Nola East we'd love to have you.

MLK Day of service - Morning service opportunity

Looking for a little service opportunity today? Bring the kids to Crown Garden (park at 11721 Morrison rd.) and we'll clean and tidy the community garden. There's plenty for the kids to play with too!

Today will have to do some post freeze clean up and putting more seeds in the ground for the winter

Would you attend/participate in an evening of caroling and Christmas lights at Crown Community Garden on Christmas-Eve (6:00 ish)? With enough interest we can set up fire pits, lights, and hot chocolate for a special night (6:00 ish) in our community.
