Today, the Zeta Amicae of New Orleans proudly wears red to raise awareness for heart health and stand in solidarity with women everywhere. Heart disease continues to impact our communities, and awareness is one step toward prevention.

The Christmas dinner at Bonefish and Grill restaurant last night was a truly enjoyable experience, marked by the strong bond between Zeta Phi Beta and Zeta Amicae, who came together like friends and sisters. We had a wonderful time. I was also the lucky winner of the big door prize, and the evening was made even more special by everyone's beautiful attire. Merry Christmas to all! 🎄

My experience at the Louisiana State comfort workshop in Monroe, Louisiana, was highly enriching, with the state conference being hosted on the Monroe university campus. It was indeed awesome. I expanded my knowledge and fostered meaningful relationships with my Zeta Amicae sisters and Zeta friends. I am eagerly awaiting the next conference in 2026.
