Brent DeLarge is a hometown trailblazer—an organizer, teacher, and culture-shaper who is turning New Orleans’ next generation of gamers into creators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. Through Unchained Realities, Inc. and NOLA GROWN[tag], Brent has built hands-on pathways that give hundreds of young people the skills to design the games they love and the business savvy to turn play into a career.

Rather than just coaching players, Brent teaches the craft behind the craft: storytelling, level design, coding, event production, and the teamwork it takes to ship a game. His programs blend creativity with real-world logistics—mentorship that opens doors to e-sports competition, content creation, and tech careers.

As a founder and connector, he’s redefining how we build a direct pipeline to the region’s creative economy. Brent is leveling up our gamers! An unsung architect of possibility whose work is shaping the look and sound of New Orleans’ digital future.
