In this post, we’re breaking down some common menstrual disorders to help you better understand your body and what’s considered outside the norm.

Healing happens in community. 🖤

We’re inviting young Black adults to join a culturally tailored mental health education program created to support healing, growth, and wellbeing in our communities. This program was designed with Black experiences in mind and centers learning about trauma, substance use, and emotional empowerment in a space meant to feel relevant, supportive, and affirming.

If you identify as Black/African American, are 18–35 years old, and have previous exposure to trauma, you may be eligible to participate.

Participants will complete surveys and attend weekly group sessions in community locations. Eligible participants can receive up to $250, with opportunities for additional gift cards along the way.

This is more than a study, it is a chance to pour into yourself while helping strengthen resources for our community.
