Sisterwork is so excited and proud to announce the appointment of Carolina Moratti as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)!

In 2017 Carolina co-founded Sisterwork and helped the organization grow to where it is today. She has been a driving force behind uplifting the community in New Brunswick and across New Jersey for years. Known for her outstanding leadership, innovative outreach strategies, and deep commitment to women’s empowerment, she brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial vision and hands-on community experience to her new role.

She shared, “I am deeply honored to step into this role. Sisterwork represents resilience, creativity, and the power of community. I am committed to ensuring that everyone who connects with us feels supported, valued, and capable of achieving their greatest potential.”

We are excited to publicly share that Sisterwork and the Promesa Project are now under one roof as Sisterwork. The Promesa Project was founded in 2023 by Carolina and Aris Corcino . The Promesa Project collects and intentionally puts together prom dresses and a free boutique experience to boost local teens’ self-confidence.

Sisterwork will be announcing further changes to our team in the future and sharing more about our plans for 2026. Please stay tuned and connected with us! Thank you, gracias y congratulations Carolina!
