The HeartWay serves those who are at end of life transitions, their caregivers, and loved ones. The HeartWay.

The HeartWay, a not-for-profit foundation, assists in co-creating a visionary map with the dying and their families to help navigate through the labyrinth of fear, perplexing medical systems, emotional and spiritual landscapes, and practical end of life decisions.

Join us for Death Café, led by Dr. Deerheart, and participate in a welcoming online discussion group designed to help you become more intimate with death and transform your fears around the end-of-life transition.

In a relaxed, open, and safe atmosphere, participants are invited to share thoughts, questions, concerns, and fears surrounding life and death. There is no agenda, conclusion, product, or course of action—this is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

Instead, our goal is to increase awareness of death in ways that can help you make the most of your life.

A new month is unfolding and with it comes Pride Month, a time to honor love in all its forms, celebrate authenticity, and uplift the courage it takes to live openly and truthfully.

At The HeartWay we return again and again to a simple truth that guides everything we do love is love. Not as a slogan but as a way of being, an everyday practice of seeing each other fully, without conditions, without limits, and without exception.
