SET Studios is a children’s theatre in Jax, FL. We provide theatre classes for kids ages 4-18.

Come see our teen acting class in our final production of the season, “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon.” This is a comedic adaptation featuring various characters from Grimm’s fairy tales, presented by two narrators who engage the audience throughout the performance. The play humorously critiques the original tales and their modern adaptations, while attempting to perform all 209 stories in a fast-paced and entertaining manner. The narrative includes audience participation, exaggerated character interactions, and a playful tone that highlights the absurdity of the fairy tales.

Meet the jaw dropping cast of A Chorus Line, Teen Edition:

⭐️Tobyn Sherman (Frank) is so excited to be back at SET Studios! You may have seen him in other SET productions such as RENT (Ensemble), Beetlejuice Jr. (Beetlejuice) and Thirteen Jr. (Archie). Outside of SET, Tobyn was a part of the Applause Award nominated pit orchestra for Douglas Anderson’s production of On the Town, where he played the cello. His cello accolades include performing in Carnegie Hall, being a finalist in the University of South Carolina’s 2025 Chamber Day Competition, and being a soloist in DA’s upcoming Concerto Concert. He’d like to thank Mrs. Jocelyn for this opportunity to participate in this year’s senior show and looks forward to more!

⭐️Mattie Boggs (Connie u/s) is a sophomore at Douglas Anderson school of the arts and is so excited to be apart of chorus line! Her favorite role in a show was Eurydice in Hadestown, and would like to thank Ms. Tess and Mrs. Jocelyn for putting together such an amazing show and for the opportunity to perform in this show with such a talented cast!

Meet the astonishing cast of A Chorus Line, Teen Edition:

⭐️Asia Sinclair (Bebe) is a sophomore at Douglas Anderson school of the arts and is so excited to be a part of this show. This is her second production with SET Studios. She was in the JTF New Works Showcase as the stepmother and is so thrilled to continue her journey with SET. She would like to thank God for all the blessings he has given her in her life, her family and friends, and also Ms. Tess and Mrs. Jocelyn for seeing talent in her. She hopes that you will enjoy the show.

⭐️Keegan Carroll ( Roy/Al u/s) is a rising freshman MT major at Douglas Anderson who has been part of SET Studios since 2020 and is overjoyed to be in A Chorus Line. His favorite credits include A Christmas Story (Ralphie) at the Alhambra, 13 (Evan) at SET, Tuck Everlasting (Jesse Tuck) at Stagedoor Manor. He would like to thank Ms. Tess for the amazing choreography, and Mrs. Jocelyn for giving him the opportunity to be in the Senior Show and always supporting him. Enjoy the performance!

⭐️Reagan is beyond thrilled to be apart of A Chorus Line as her first show at SET Studios! She is currently a sophomore at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. You may have seen her recently in the ensemble of On The Town (DA) or as Catherine Parr in Six (Limelight Theatre). ⭐️Zacchaeus Asberry is a 10th-grade student at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and is honored to be a part of the cast of A Chorus Line. ⭐️Maggie (Lori) is so excited to be a part of A Chorus Line at SET Studios. She is a senior at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and has loved all 4 years. She will soon be doing her Shakespeare debut as Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Maggie was recently seen in On the Town (Flossie) at DA and Funny Girl (ensemble) at Players by the Sea! She wants to thank her Mom, Dad, loved ones, Charlie, Mrs. Jocelyn, Mr. Kemper, Mr. Beaman, and friends for always supporting her along the way!

⭐️Talyn Chavis (Vicki) is a musical theatre sophomore at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, and is beyond thrilled to be playing Vicki! ⭐️Silvia Villagra (Judy) is currently a junior and is excited to make her debut at SET Studios. Some of her previous shows include Oklahoma, The Hobbit, Dreamgirls, and Singing in the Rain. Apart from theatre she also trains in dance including 4 years of ballroom and recently has had the privilege of being a part of the Dancelook Apprentice Program.
