It takes one person to make a difference for those who are suicidal or have suicidal thoughts.

In this episode of Clearing the MindField, Brannon sits down with Richard Burns, a former police officer and Navy veteran, to talk about his journey, the toll it took on his well-being, and the unique challenges first responders face when help isn't offered or talked about.

Here Tomorrow started with a father and his son.

Joe and Gary were close β€” the kind of close where you notice the little things. When Gary started shutting people out, Joe recognized that something was wrong and worked tirelessly to find help. Despite those efforts, Gary later died by su***de.

🩡

At his funeral, Joe made a promise to build something different. Something that removed barriers β€” the cost, the wait, the fear β€” something that would be there for others before it was too late.

If this story feels familiar, you're not alone. We're here for you and the person you're thinking of right now.
