📢 Holiday Hours Notice

In observance of Labor Day, the Needham Community Council will be closed on Saturday, September 5 and Monday, September 7.

We will reopen with regular operating hours on Tuesday, September 8.

Join us for our upcoming Memory Cafe! ☕🎵

The Council’s Memory Cafe is a welcoming gathering where individuals living with dementia and their care partners can relax, socialize, and connect together in a joyful, supportive setting.

This month, we are excited to feature a special musical program with Doug Robinson! Doug will be performing favorite piano tunes from the 1920s and 1930s through today, sharing personal stories from his musical journey, and leading a fun sing-along.

🗓️ Date: Tuesday, September 8th
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Community Room, Needham Public Library
💰 Cost: FREE!

We’re so grateful to our neighbors at North Hill! Sandy had the pleasure of speaking with North Hill residents about the Needham Community Council, sharing our mission, and highlighting the programs that support our town.

In celebration of their 42nd anniversary, North Hill is hosting an Empty Bowls event. All proceeds will directly benefit the Council! 🥣✨ Guests will receive a ceramic bowl upon arrival and get to sample delicious soups from local favorites, including Blue on Highland, North Hill, The Common Room, Needham Golf Club, and more.
