Navigating Holidays & Events That Involve Food 🍂

Holidays, celebrations, dinner invitations, spiritual practices, travel, and health needs can sometimes require us to plan ahead or make temporary adjustments to our food plan.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to navigate these situations while staying grounded in our OA program. We’ll share practical tools for preparing ahead, making thoughtful adaptations when needed, and returning to our regular food plan with clarity and confidence.
