This is Lucas, one of our riders! He and his brother Camden just finished their second Greater Manchester PMC Kids Ride on Sunday and did an amazing job. Check out their family's story, and consider donating blood in the NH state drive on Friday.

As WMUR's statewide blood driver nears, New Hampshire families are sharing how blood donations have changed their lives. The Telfers said blood donations helped save their 7-year-old son, Lucas, after he was diagnosed with neuroblastoma and a rare autoimmune disease. LINK IN COMMENTS ⬇️

Since its start in 2017 our PMC Kids Ride has been inspired by Emma Bechert. She was an actress, a lover of all things pink, and a PMC Kids Rider. We've heard the stories of how Emma was fierce, funny, kind, and fearless. In that spirit, we strive to CRUSH CANCER! 🩷

This week our Community Partners QC Bike Collective presented all these bikes to students at Gossler Park Elementary who participated in and completed QC’s Earn A Bike program. The wonderful people at QC are always getting and keeping people riding, and it’s the best place to donate an outgrown bike. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Pedal Partners are pediatric oncology patients at the Jimmy Fund Clinic who are paired with PMC Kids Rides our Pedal Partner this year is Eva! Love her sparkles!! ✨

This is why we ride: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute goes to great lengths to make the The Jimmy Fund Clinic a place to look forward to, when it could easily be a place that kids dread. It's filled with toys, crafts and of course Red Sox mascot Wally the Green Monster waving hello. Our PMC Kids Ride fundraising goes to both research and the care at this compassionate outpatient clinic.

The Jimmy Fund Clinic follows the “family-centered care” philosophy of Dana-Farber founder Dr. Sidney Farber, assuring that a patient’s psychological, family, and spiritual needs are met as well as their medical needs.
