This Saturday 🥁 Get ready to make some noise at Kidsville at the Parthenon! Join the Vanderbilt Percussion Group for a fun exploration of instruments and music, then create your own percussion-inspired art.

Kidsville takes place on select Saturdays at the Parthenon, with activities beginning at 10:30 AM and storytelling or special programming at 11 AM. Families who register before 11:20 AM receive free admission to the Parthenon for the day.

October Kidsville Schedule:
Sat, October 10: Join Vanderbilt Percussion Group for some fun as they lead us in an exploration of instruments and music, then create your own percussion art.

Sat, October 17: Kidsville will be hosting an art activity at the Parthenon’s International Archaeology Day

Sat, October 24: Explore how new music can expand our minds and ears with Intersection Music Group, Nashville's contemporary classical music ensemble oboist, Jared Hauser, then make art inspired by the music.

Sat, October 31: Come for a “trick or treat” exploration of the similarities between the Greek myths of The Odyssey and our Halloween traditions. Wearing costumes is encouraged. Our friends from Belmont University College of Pharmacy’s Bruins for Peds team will join us for some active fun.
