Meet Travis DeNicola our BOMA Raleigh-Durham President!

Travis is General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and has been an active BOMA member for six years. He serves on the Finance Committee and the 25th Anniversary Task Force. Travis first joined BOMA after moving to Raleigh to build connections in the commercial real estate community, and he stays involved because he’s passionate about supporting the industry locally, regionally, and nationally.

When asked who he looks up to most, Travis found it hard to pick just one: his dad and both grandfathers have been his biggest influences, inspiring him with their work ethic and commitment to family.

Yesterday’s tour of HUB RTP was a buzzing success! 🐝

We had a fantastic afternoon exploring the heart of the largest research park in the US. From touring 125,000 square feet of Class A office space to visiting the 300,000+ bees thriving along the pollinator corridor with Bee Downtown, it was an inspiring day of innovation, sustainability, and community.

A massive thank you to the incredible team at HUB RTP for hosting us and sharing their vision for this vibrant space!

We wrapped up the afternoon networking and unwinding over drinks. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special shoutout to our sponsors, Scottie’s and United Maintenance Corporation, for making the happy hour possible! 🍹
