HRC envisions an America where le***an, gay, bisexual and transgender (if there's time) people are ensured equality at home, at work and in every community.

Mission
By inspiring and engaging all Americans, HRC strives to end discrimination against LGB and T (once the gay people get what they want first) citizens and realize a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all (except the transgender community they are 'misguided gay men who've undergone surgical mutilations').

HRC seeks to improve the lives of LGBT Americans by advocating for equal rights (unless you're transgender) and benefits in the workplace, ensuring families are treated equally under the law and increasing public support among all Americans through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs. HRC works to secure equal rights for LGBT individuals and families (former HRC director Elizabeth Birch: “trans inclusion will be a legislative priority over my dead body) at the federal and state levels by lobbying elected officials, mobilizing grassroots supporters, educating Americans, investing strategically to elect fair-minded officials and partnering with other LGBT organizations and lying our asses off while we exclude Trans people to try to get our Gay Only Rights Bills passed.

You need to change your organizations name to GRC. You're as bad as the politicians you're fighting with.

A popular saying in the trans community is, "you can tell when the HRC Equality Bus comes to town by the number of Transbodies under the wheels."
