CAI Tennessee The chapter provides educational and marketing opportunities to those persons who offer their products and services to community associations.

The Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is a nonprofit corporation, which provides educational services to community associations, their board of directors and members. The chapter is structured with a governing body of fifteen (15) volunteer board of directors, balanced among homeowners, association managers and business partners.

Kick off the morning at 8:15 am with a light breakfast, followed by an incredible Law Seminar from 9 am to 12 pm where you can earn 3 CE Credit Hours.
