CAI Tennessee The chapter provides educational and marketing opportunities to those persons who offer their products and services to community associations.

The Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is a nonprofit corporation, which provides educational services to community associations, their board of directors and members. The chapter is structured with a governing body of fifteen (15) volunteer board of directors, balanced among homeowners, association managers and business partners.
