Your Tennessee TSA state officers spent time at State Officer Leadership Training (SOLT) with officers from five other Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs), including DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, HOSA, and SkillsUSA, where we learned how to grow as leaders and shape member experiences across Tennessee, while also planning for the upcoming year.

Through icebreakers and team challenges, we connected with state officers from the five other CTSOs, stepping outside of our usual circles and building connections that we hope will continue throughout the year.
We also planned for Chapter Officer Leadership Training, creating workshops to help chapter leaders learn new ways to make a difference within their chapters.
Alongside other CTSOs, we worked on creative social media content, allowing us to engage members and build excitement for our upcoming events.
Geared up in our official dress, we took group photos with officers from across Tennessee and captured some of the amazing memories we made throughout SOLT.
We spent time developing workshops for Fall Leadership Conference, bringing together different ideas and perspectives to create sessions that help members grow, lead, and succeed.
We had an amazing time working with our groups for the upcoming conferences, hearing different perspectives from across Tennessee and turning those ideas into engaging and valuable workshops.
Through interactive challenges, we learned more about servant leadership, teamwork, and effective communication, while also putting those skills into practice.
As a team, we had the opportunity to take headshots and group photos, giving us professional photos to represent our organizations while capturing some of our favorite SOLT memories.
We also got to make lasting memories through games, conversations, and lots of laughs, giving us the chance to strengthen friendships outside of our own organizations.
