To have service from volunteers as close to you as possible, the Board of THEA has divided the state up into 7 geographic areas from east to west - Northeast THEA, Smoky Mountain HEA, MidEast THEA, Chattanooga Southeast THEA, Mid THEA, West THEA, and Memphis HEA. Chapters have web sites, newsletters, graduations, and groups to help you with your home education. We've been doing this since 1984, so

we have lots of experience and are delighted to help you begin the hard work of home education. Fears about home education are many. We can help you. Are you concerned about socialization or about sports? Talk to us about the extensive number of opportunities to be with other families like yourselves. You won't believe the number of choices!!!
