Alzheimer's Support Network

Alzheimer's Support Network One in three families is affected by Alzheimer's disease. The progression of this fatal illness ranges from two to 20 years.

The Alzheimer's Support Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to easing the lives of care partners and enriching the lives of people living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of neurodegeneration. The Alzheimer's Support Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to serving the thousands of families dealing with Alzheimer's disease or another form of cognitive impairment in Collier County a

nd beyond. Presently, there is no known treatment or cure. Due to the nature of the caregiving burden, Alzheimer's disease seriously impacts the lives of everyone in the family. Often the only help available is through organizations like ours. In the 30 years that this organization has been in existence, countless families have sought and received our help. Currently, we serve over 4,300 families in Southwest Florida. Funding for the Alzheimer's Support Network is entirely through individual and corporate donations. One fund raising event, called "Elephant Fest" is held each year. All of the funds raised stay in the community and are used for direct service. Those who wish to become involved with the important work of the Alzheimer's Support Network or who need the services provided are encouraged to contact us at
