🩷 SPECIAL NEEDS ≠ LESS LOVE. 🐾

Indy does need some extra care.

🦿 Three legs
🦷 No useful teeth
🍽️ Wet-food-only diet
🩺 Ongoing holistic cancer care

Her adopter will need to be comfortable continuing her special care.

But Indy doesn't spend her days worrying about what she can't do.

She's too busy being a CAT! 😂🐱

She's busy eating, playing, napping, hanging out with her feline friends, and occasionally getting the zoomies!

Indy doesn't need someone to fix her.

She needs someone who accepts her.

Someone patient.

Someone compassionate.

Someone who sees the amazing little girl underneath her special needs. 🩷

🩷 INDY LOVES HER FELINE FRIENDS! 🐱🐱💕

By now, you know Indy is a little shy.

But do you know what helps her feel comfortable?

OTHER CATS! 🐱🩷

Indy absolutely LOVES feline companionship.

Having a friendly, accepting kitty around helps her feel safe, secure, and confident.

She may be cautious with people at first, but put another friendly cat nearby, and you'll see a much more comfortable Indy. 😻

🐱 She enjoys having a kitty companion.
🐾 She loves feline company.
🩷 And she would be happiest with a friendly cat by her side.

Because of this, Indy needs a home with another friendly, accepting feline companion.

She doesn't have to be the only kitty in the house — in fact, she'd much rather have a furry friend! 🐱💕

🩷 INDY JUST NEEDS A LITTLE TIME. 🥰

Here's something important to know about Indy…

She's SHY.
She's CAUTIOUS.

And she's not going to run up to a stranger and immediately ask to be picked up. 😂

She may hide.
She may watch you from across the room.
She may take her time deciding if you're okay.

And that's perfectly fine.

Because once Indy trusts you…

THAT'S WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS. 🥹🐾

Indy is sweet.
She's gentle.
She's quirky.
She's affectionate in her own way.
She just needs someone who understands that trust doesn't happen overnight.

Her perfect person will let her come out of her shell at HER pace.

No pressure.
No forcing.
Just patience, treats, quiet companionship, and time. 🥰

Let's talk about Indy's unusual smile!

Indy has no useful teeth, which means she needs to eat a WET-FOOD-ONLY diet.

And honestly…

Indy is NOT complaining! 😂

🍽️ Wet food?

YES PLEASE!

ABSOLUTELY!

🐱 Someone opening the refrigerator?

INDY HAS ENTERED THE CHAT! 😂

Her adopter will need to be comfortable continuing her wet-food-only diet, but her lack of teeth doesn't stop her from enjoying life.

🩷Yesterday, we introduced you to Indy, our sweet, shy, toothless little warrior.

Today we're talking about those THREE LEGS!

Indy may be missing a leg, but she certainly hasn't let that slow her down. 😎

🐾 She walks.
🧸 She plays.
👀 She explores.
🛋️ She lounges.
💨 And YES… she occasionally gets the zoomies! 😂

Indy has figured out how to do things her own way, and honestly?

She's pretty darn good at it! Her missing leg doesn't define her. It's simply part of what makes Indy… well, INDY. 🩷 She doesn't need someone to feel sorry for her.
She needs someone who sees a happy, sweet kitty who just happens to have three legs. And she needs someone who will give her the patience and support she deserves. 🥰 Because Indy has LOTS of life left to live!

For the next 7 days, we're putting the spotlight on one very special QT Kitty who has been waiting for someone to see just how amazing she really is.

✨ MEET INDY! ✨

Indy is a spayed female born September 13, 2020, and this little girl has already overcome more than most cats ever should.

🦿 She's a proud three-legged warrior.
🦷 She has no useful teeth.
🍽️ She eats a wet-food-only diet.
🩺 She's currently receiving ongoing holistic cancer care.

But don't feel sorry for Indy.

She doesn't feel sorry for herself! 😎🐾

Indy gets around just fine on her three legs. She loves toys, treats, cozy naps, lounging, and even the occasional ZOOMIE! 😂💨

She's also a little shy. She may hide when she first meets you. She may watch you from across the room. She may need some time before deciding you're trustworthy. And that's okay. 🩷 Indy isn't looking for just ANY person. She's looking for HER person. Someone patient. Someone understanding. Someone who will love her exactly as she is. Three legs. No teeth. Noel has already known what it feels like to have a home.
She knew what it was like to have a family.
She knew the comfort of having a place to belong.
And then, through no fault of her own, her world changed.
Noel was returned after her adopter's life circumstances changed.
And now this beautiful little black cat is waiting for someone to give her another chance at the happy ending she deserves. 🖤🐾
She's not broken.
She's not “too much.”
She doesn't need to be fixed.
She just needs someone to choose her.
Someone who will look into those beautiful golden eyes and see the affectionate, playful, curious, quirky little girl underneath.
