Holiday Service Notice
Friday July 3 and Saturday July 4, 2026

In observance of Independence Day, there will be no MATS fixed-route bus service on Friday July 3, 2026. There also will be no Go2 on-demand service on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The MATS offices will be closed.

The Tan Line Beach Shuttle (Route 41) and the Town Line Beach Shuttle (Route 42) will both be available.

Join us this Saturday, June 27th from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for live music from Kennadi Hester!

Music has been a lifelong part of Kennadi’s story—growing up in a home filled with the sound of her dad playing piano, it quickly became her diary, her outlet, and her way of connecting with others. Today, she brings that same passion to every performance, creating meaningful and fun musical experiences for everyone around her.

Beyond music, Kennadi has spent 10 years caring for others as a CNA and now serves families as a doula, supporting moms through one of life’s most powerful journeys. Her heart for people shines through in everything she does—and yes, that might even include a little Hit Me Baby One More Time 😉

2026 Paint & Create Art Camp with West MI Paint & Create and PLAY Muskegon is the perfect place for kids ages 5–10 to explore their creativity, make new friends, and have an absolute blast! No experience necessary, guidance provided

📅 4 exciting days! Animal Adventures weekly theme

Each day campers will dive into hands-on art using acrylic paints while creating amazing projects on canvas, ceramics, wood, and more.

This five-day camp digs into Michigan's prehistoric fossils, explores archaeology and how it connects past to present, and ties in our newest exhibit—Nature Cat: Backyard and Beyond—with activities around nature and recycling. Plus plenty more in between.
