Today, with the help of our volunteers and Soap Dude Josh we served 299 Hot Dogs with homemade Macaroni Salad, Pasta Salad and Fruit Salad.

Thank you to Watch Us Go Boating - Muskegon for documenting us today, 238 Houston for the continued use of the space, Shoreline Lions Club for their financial contribution that made this week's meal possible.

Thank you to the Muskegon Area Career Tech Center who came to The People's Table with a FULL potluck-style menu that included ribs, pork tenderloin, lasagna, pasta salads, multiple sides & more!
We had more than enough for the CommUnity meal at The People’s Table, and were able to put left overs in the pantry at the YMCA - over 175 meals served!

We’d also like to thank The Shoreline Lions & The Fruitport Lions for the donation of our new canopy tent, tables and chairs that allow us to once again enjoy meals outside for the upcoming months.
Thank you for your continued support, Lions!

We’re also grateful to Kuntry Cookin’ for their salad donation this week, and for the fresh apple donations that we were able to pass on to community members.

The meals served at The People’s Table is just how we bring people together.
What we’re really building is a community where people know each other, care about each other, and realize they belong here no matter who they are or where they come from.
No labels. No barriers. No questions asked.
Just people sharing a meal and taking the time to connect with their neighbors.

Happy Mother's Day, Everyone!

Today for our community meal Soap Dude Josh is making:
Shish Kafta, Yellow Rice, Green Beans, and Fattoush.

If you'd like to donate toward this meal in goods we are always badly in need of *beverages*, and dessert items are always a good add-on for our CommUnity meals.

July 7th is Opening Day of Senior Power of Produce at The Muskegon Farmer's Market, brought to you by the Shoreline Lion's Club.

Seniors are able to get free produce thanks to this community project.

The Shoreline Lions have been incredible supporters of The People's Table, as we share the common goal of feeding the people!

Soap Dude Josh & team did an AMAZING job on this Sunday meal.
We served at least 120 meals today!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, or brought items to share...

We had garden start plants available today from ING, we had enough beverages to get us through this week, and snacks from the amazing Sara Rae Zavitz, too.

Thank you so much to the CommUnity members who make an Impact with us & The Giving Table each week.
