Introducing our 2026 Summer Assistant, Lacy Baehl! Lacy was a 2 year 4-H member where she enjoyed creating floral arrangements and photography. While in 4-H, Lacy served as the Tarty Tuckers club secretary for both years involved. Lacy was also a part of the Junior Leaders both years as well.

Lacy graduated from North Posey High school in 2025 and went on to attend Murray State University. She’ll be a sophomore this fall majoring in Agriscience/Agribusiness with a minor in Animal Science. At Murray, Lacy is the social media officer for Block and Bridle, an Agribusiness club member, a desk clerk in her residential college, and is a Racer 1 Team member.

Be sure to say "Hi" and introduce yourself to Lacy when you see her out at the fair this summer!

Indiana 4-H Animal ID deadline is TODAY- Friday, May 15th!!! To be eligible for your county fair and the Indiana State Fair, your animals must be completely and correctly identified in Indiana 4-H Online (https://www.4honline.com ) by the end of the day.

Required DNA hair samples for all swine, meat goats, sheep, dairy cattle, and beef cattle you are planning to exhibit at the Indiana State Fair 4-H shows are also due to our County Extension Office by 4 pm today. Late envelopes will not be accepted.
