Last night at The New York Academy of Medicine, New Vision Research hosted the official launch of Labs and Labyrinths, a book honoring the life and legacy of Alzheimer’s researcher Peter Davies.

The evening brought together colleagues, friends, and members of Dr. Davies’ family for a scientific symposium and a deeply meaningful reflection on his contributions to tau pathology research and the broader Alzheimer’s field.

We were especially grateful for remarks from Melissa E. Murray and Benjamin Wolozin, whose insights, memories, and scientific perspectives helped illuminate both the impact of Dr. Davies’ work and his influence on generations of researchers.

Labs and Labyrinths is a tribute to a scientific legacy that continues to shape the field today. The book is now available for purchase at newvisionresearch.org.
