Don’t let his tiny size fool you — He has a big heart waiting to shine! At just 5 years old and 4.1 pounds , this adorable Chihuahua came to us absolutely terrified of the world. But day by day, he is learning that people can be kind, and he is slowly coming out of his shell. ❤️ Diablo is dog-friendly and enjoys having canine friends around to help him feel more comfortable. We think he would probably do fine with cats, too, with the proper introduction. Because he is still building confidence, he would do best in a calm, quiet home without children . He can be fearful of kids and needs a patient family willing to let him settle in at his own pace. He may need a little extra time and patience, but watching a scared little dog discover that he is safe and loved is incredibly rewarding. His future family will have the special opportunity to help him learn that the world isn't such a scary place after all.
