Libby and Mace's Place Animal Rescue

We have one location ready and waiting for their chip station and we are working on a second location! But we need some help purchasing any of the supplies on our list! Can you help?

We are working on a fun project! But first, we need a little help compiling the supplies. With shelters being overflowing, animal control officers stretched thin, and every rescue we know constantly at capacity, we have decided to put together 3 "Check the Chip Stations" that will be spread in various locations throughout the Tricounty area. Please welcome mama Ladybug! She and her baby nuggets found themselves in the shelter recently. They recently landed in foster care and since her babies are at least 8 weeks and weaned she will be getting spayed on Monday! She is about 30 lbs currently but needs to gain about 5 or so to get to her ideal weight. She LOVES to play with other dogs and loves the kids in her foster home. She’s going to make someone the best girl and she’s stinking cute to boot! 😍

Unfortunately due to the incoming weather our event this weekend has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next one! Stay dry this weekend ❤️

Thank you Island Pet Wash for staying late tonight to help sweet Zora get cleaned up so quickly! Her labwork is looking good so she’s booked for surgery on Monday. We still need to raise about $1200 for her dental, mass removal and bladder stone removal. She will be a new dog come Monday night 😍

Meet our newest nugget! Her name is still being determined but what we do know is she’s a medical mess. She has dry eye, dental disease, a heart murmur, bladder stones, and a mammary mass. On top of all that she is heavily matted. She already has a grooming appointment set but we couldn’t stand it and shaved off what we could. She was so uncomfortable! She got her pre surgical labwork that we’ll have back in the next few days and a few more X-ray views. Then we can figure out a surgical plan/get a date. She’s on her pain meds, antibiotics and dry eye medications so she’s comfortable and enjoying her foster family. Now we need some help! We’re looking at $1500-$1800 to get her healthy again! She’s the sweetest girl and we are so excited to give her a second leash on life 😍. To whoever dumped you during the best years of your life in this condition, well we have some words but we will just say them internally for now. Here’s to looking up!

Happy adoption day Eric! Eric came to us as a tiny baby and we knew he would be fluffy and adorable but WOW! He turned out even cuter than we expected. This sweet boy never even made it on the website as his foster parents had a friend fall in love. Thank you Liz and Matt for fostering! Happy life sweet nugget!

Happy adoption day Jimothy! Jimothy, much like his name sake, has a bit of a wonky back being a frenchie but it didn't stop him from living his best life. He is the sweetest boy and we knew he would be scooped up fairly quickly. Thank you Kaitlyn for fostering him!
