About CF:
Cystic fibrosis is a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of approximately 30,000 children and adults in the United States. More than 10 million Americans are unknowing, symptomless carriers of a defective CF gene.

This past Saturday, hikers and volunteers took to the mountains for Xtreme Hike 2026. While the weather conditions were far from ideal, our incredible group of dedicated hikers pushed through the rain and completed 12 miles together.

We are truly blown away by the passion, determination, and resilience of every hiker and volunteer who weathered the storm alongside us. THANK YOU to everyone who was a part of this unforgettable hike weekend, because of you we have raised more than $105,000 to help create a future where CF stands for “CURE FOUND”. 💙💛
