With more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience across arts, healthcare, education, and public media, Jami brings deep expertise in major gifts, donor relations, and meaningful stewardship. She is passionate about connecting donors to causes that create lasting community impact—and she’s excited to help CISSC grow and expand our impact for South Carolina students.

Outside of work, Jami enjoys plenty of OrangeTheory and the occasional weekend karaoke session! Her favorite quote from Dr. Seuss captures her outlook perfectly: “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.”

CISSC Site Coordinator John Little of Whale Branch Early College High School knows firsthand how the presence of a caring adult shaped his life. Now, he’s paying it forward by showing up for students.

🌱 Rooted in Relationships, Growing Our Story

Our CISSC team came together from across South Carolina for our All-Staff Leadership Summit in Columbia!

We strengthened connections through team-building exercises led by The Orchard, explored what it means to grow our story, collaborated within our departments, and had plenty of fun connecting with one another.

When we invest in one another, we strengthen the community we build around students. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together, and we’re excited to carry that energy into the year ahead!
