The organization was founded in Morgantown, WV in 2017. It is entirely operated by an all-volunteer staff. Operation Activet is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing valuable support and entertainment to our nation's Veterans and First Responders. It was founded in Morgantown, WV in 2017 by local Veteran CJ Ghuste. Tragically, he passed away in a motorcycle accident on October

5th, 2019. The organization hosts an array of exciting and engaging events throughout the year, all of which are completely free of charge. All Veterans and First Responders regardless of branch, component, or department are eligible to participate. From outdoor adventures to live sporting events, Operation Activet ensures that our heroes are allowed to enjoy themselves and connect with others who share their experiences. What's truly inspiring is that this wonderful organization is run entirely by a team of passionate and committed volunteers, many Veterans and First Responders themselves, who donate their time and skills to make these events possible.
