Now that all of the back-to-school forms are signed, here is one just for you! If you are considering volunteering at Brookhaven Elementary School this year, please complete the Monongalia County Schools Volunteer Training and Quiz. Once the quiz is submitted electronically, your name will be added to the Approved Volunteer List, and you will receive an invite to our GroupMe app. GroupMe will be utilized for listing volunteer opportunities. (Emails with the same opportunities will also be sent in the event that you have yet to join GroupMe.)

*****In order to receive the volunteer opportunities, you must first complete the Volunteer Training and Quiz. This must be completed every school year.*****

Brookhaven Elementary Yearbooks are now on sale! Order before October 31 to receive a 10% discount!

Please log on to www.treering.com to register (if you are new to treering) and place your order. Our Brookhaven code is 101518116320659. If you have previously used www.treering.com to order one of our yearbooks, you can login with your username and password to update any information.

2026-2027 Important Yearbook Deadlines:
• April 15th – Custom pages can be designed until this April 15th
• April 30th – All orders will need to be placed on or before April 30th to have them delivered to the school
• May 21st – Estimated delivery date of yearbooks to the school

Looking to volunteer at Brookhaven this year? Please take a few minutes to complete this survey about your volunteering interests!

As a reminder, every volunteer must complete the Monongalia County Volunteer Training & Quiz (link is located on the survey). Once that is complete, please download the Raptor Safe app and follow the prompts to load your ID into the system so that you are ready to go when it is time to volunteer. The doors of Brookhaven are open for the 2026-2027 school year!

The BPG would like to thank all those who have helped make the school beautiful and ready for an incrediBULL year.

Thank you to the staff of summer avalanche who created a fun and engaging summer experience. To the families and Boy Scout troops who kept up with the landscaping and made the school grounds look beautiful. To the crafty moms who created beautiful art to welcome everyone into the building, and the moms who stapled papers and stuffed folders.

Also, a big thank you the Moses Toyota of Morgantown, Hazels House of Hope, United Way, and various donors who provided backpacks and supplies.

Finally, thank you to the staff for working hard all summer to create new ideas and plans to engage the students!

You must take the required training and quiz each year to be eligible. The quiz is now open for the 2026-2027 school year! Once you pass the quiz you are placed on our email list for volunteer opportunities throughout the school year!
