ANY animal left at our facility will be immediately taken to the Mon County Canine Adoption Center.***

ls come from the local county shelters when we have the appropriate space for them! We go almost every week and try to help as much as we can. We cannot take animals from the public because we have to be able to control our population at the shelter! Our adoption application can be found on our website at animalfriendswv.org

The fastest way to get ahold of us about an animal is to message us on here or email us!! You will see on our adoption application that we ask for your landlord's information (if you rent), your veterinarian's information, and for a personal reference. We check ALL of these references to make sure our animals are going to good homes! All of our animals are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and flea treated. Introducing Jasmine 💜

Jasmine is a 1-2 year old sweetheart! This girl loves attention, and spending time with her favorite people! Jasmine doesn't mind other cats or dogs, and is just happy to be here! She loves toys, sun puddles, and comfy beds!

Jasmine is up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped, given monthly flea and tick prevention, and is combo negative!

Her adoption fee is $115 but any potential adopter still needs an approved adoption application.

Introducing Jambalaya 💙

Jambalaya is a 3yr old handsome man who needs a little help losing some weight. This big guy is on a weight loss journey, and like most of us who have been in this situation, he's not happy about it! Jambalaya is the sheriff of the cat room, and makes his laps to keep everyone on their best behavior. He enjoys spending time with volunteers on the catio, and playing with toys. He tolerates other cats, and stands his ground with dogs. Hes a big dude with a big dude personality. He just needs a home to call his own, and a human to keep his weight loss a priority!

What’s it going to take for these boys to get a home?!

Do you need us to tell you how handsome they are? Because they’re super cute. And they’re super soft and squishy kitties.

Social skills? They are fearless. They love everything and everyone. They do not care what is happening as long as they’re involved!

Do they really like each other that much? They don’t leave each others side. Literally.

Q-tip and Cotton Ball are well rounded gentlemen, with a personality that will keep you entertained constantly. They’re even down to snuggle and cuddle!

Both are fully vetted and ready to go home!
