Today we’re celebrating one of life’s simple joys—ice cream—and the communities that make sharing moments like this so sweet.

At Habitat for Humanity, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home, and that includes spaces where families can gather, laugh, and enjoy treats like today’s scoop.

We did it — and then some! 💙🏡

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we officially raised $6,725, reaching 135% of our original $5,000 goal for our Matching Grant Challenge!

We are beyond grateful to every single person who donated, shared, supported, and helped bring this vision to life. Because of you, we’re able to continue turning land into opportunity and helping families build brighter futures through safe, affordable housing.

If you’d still like to contribute, donations are still welcome! Simply scan the QR code above to help us continue making an impact in our community. Thank you again for making this possible! ✨

A huge thank you to WV Women Work, Inc. for spending the day on site with Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity! Their hardworking team helped install flooring in one of our homes, making great progress and bringing us one step closer to welcoming a family home.

Every volunteer hour helps move our mission forward, and we are so grateful for their dedication, energy, and support. Together, we’re building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter right here in our community! 🏡💙
