Meet Anna Blount—the founder of Team Up.✨
Nearly 20 years ago, Team Up began with something pretty simple: curiosity.
While still in college, Anna found herself wanting to better understand how local kids and families were navigating hard circumstances—and what it would look like to truly come alongside them.
So she started asking questions. She listened. She researched. She met with people in the community. And instead of heading to veterinary school as she had originally planned, she followed that curiosity somewhere entirely different.
It eventually became Team Up.
Today, curiosity is still at the heart of the way Anna leads: asking good questions, listening before assuming, and making sure people feel heard.
Twenty years later, a question of “How can we help?” has grown into a community that has walked alongside generations of kids and families.
