Project Refocus MN

We’re beyond grateful to stand alongside Cities United and County Safe Communities to create something truly meaningful for our emerging leaders. This is about more than just one event, it’s about planting seeds, building dreams, and walking with them as they grow into who they’re meant to be.

At V3 Sports in North Minneapolis, a room full of young men from across the metro are proving that change starts with conversation.

Minneapolis has always had a “neighbors helping neighbors” kind of heart, and lately, mutual aid and community care are growing all over the city.

It looks like:
• sharing groceries + winter gear
• checking on elders
• showing up for families when life gets heavy
• making sure nobody has to do it alone

That’s the spirit behind Project Refocus, too. It fuels everything we do, from support services to community moments that bring us together (yes, including our annual Halloween Party).

If you’ve been looking for a way to plug in, this is your sign. Let’s keep building a stronger Minneapolis( together.)

In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr, Project Refocus will be closed today. We invite you to take a moment to reflect on his later writings - their significance has never been more pertinent than today.
