Safe & Sound Joins the 1,000 Doors Challenge for National Harm Reduction Day💙🚪
Today, Safe & Sound teamed up on Milwaukee’s south side for the 1,000 Doors Challenge, a citywide effort to increase awareness of harm reduction resources and connect residents with life-saving information. Milwaukee County Prevention and Harm Reduction
Together, our team:
✅ Distributed 250 harm reduction resource packets
✅ Made approximately 35 meaningful resident contacts
✅ Shared information about overdose prevention, community resources, and support services
✅ Engaged neighbors in conversations that help build safer, healthier communities
