Pathways High Independent Public Charter School Pathways High uses a Project Based learning model that includes personalized learning plans for every student.

Pathways High is a public charter high school open to all high school students from the entire greater Milwaukee region and located in downtown Milwaukee. We combine on site learning and IMPACT experiences where students engage in off campus life experiences and internships. Experiences are designed to develop and practice EMPOWER traits which are 21st Century skills including communication, collaboration, time management, reflection and goal planning. Throughout the Pathways High experience, students are supported in making an IMPACT on themselves, the school, and the world around them. We develop exceptional adults not just exceptional students.

Wisconsin Driver Education Grant is officially open, giving eligible students the opportunity for FREE drivers education.

Wisconsin Driver Education Grant Program is a state-funded initiative that covers 100% of driver education tuition for income-eligible teens.

Pathways students participated in the real-world advocacy efforts at the State Capitol to get this started in 2024. You can read an article about those students linked in the comments. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Funding is limited and first come, first served, so NOW is the time to apply!

On Wednesday, September 9, Dima Pochtarev from The New State visited Pathways to introduce students to a new after-school DJ club!

Led by a certified DJ coach, the club gives students hands-on experience with professional DJ and production equipment while they build confidence through authentic music experiences. The program follows Hal Leonard Accredited Curriculum aligned to Wisconsin Music Standards, and students can earn Level 1 and Level 2 Certificates by the end of the semester in December.

Along the way, students will explore DJ techniques, music analysis, audio production, equipment knowledge, music business, performance skills, and creative collaboration.

Thank you, The New State, for bringing this opportunity to our students! 🎧
