Western Winners is our premier girls lacrosse recruiting showcase, where players train with and get seen by top college coaches from across the country. Over two days of hands-on instruction and full-field play, athletes learn new systems, compete in a focused and highly competitive environment, and get a real look at the college pathway, all at a low 12:1 player-to-coach ratio.

Registration is now open for our Winter Western Winners Showcase this December.

December 12 and 13 | Pomona Pitzer Colleges | Claremont, CA
Rising 8th to 12th graders, classes 2027 to 2031. Open to any and all.

There is a moment when every girls lacrosse player asks herself: why? Why am I getting up at 6am to train? Why am I obsessing over what coach said at practice? Why do I care?

It is a fair question, and the start of a new school year is a good time to sit with it. Knowing your why is what steadies you, on the field and off it. It is why you make the decisions you make in the moments that matter, why you show up to practice, and why you work hard in the classroom. As Coach Theresa says, when we are clear on our purpose, when we are clear on what we stand for, we are better.

Here's your Monday Mindset check-in. Open your journal and reflect on:
✅ Why do you play lacrosse? Look past the easy answer for the real one. What keeps you coming back when it gets hard?
✅ Now off the field. Why do you work hard in school, show up for your team, and give your time to what you care about? What does that say about your why?

What's your why?

Reasons to love Sixes lacrosse:

✅ You make quicker decisions. The smaller, faster format keeps the pace high.

✅ You get to compete with creativity, with more room to try things.

✅ You get more touches. With five field players and a goalie, every player is in the game.

You're invited to join us October 10 and 11 for the Tenacity SUPER 6s Fall Tournament. Two days of Olympic-style Sixes in the Bay Area this October, with five games guaranteed. Bring a full team of 8 to 10, or sign up as a free agent, and we will place you.

Tenacity Project is so much more than lacrosse camps. We are a community committed to helping every girl grow as a player, a leader, and a person.

Here, every athlete matters, every voice is heard, and nobody develops alone. Players join a network that has their back through hard seasons and long after their last game. Leadership is built on purpose, through huddles, workshops, and real coaching moments where girls learn to speak up, make decisions under pressure, and lift up the teammates around them.

Lacrosse is the vehicle. What lasts is the confidence, the leadership, and the community a girl carries with her, on and off the field.
