Hi J-Sei community! J-Sei’s Healthy Aging Program is having another talk this month. This one is on supporting brain health in our community. Supporting Brain Health in Our Community shares important information about brain-healthy actions we should all build into our routines to benefit our brains, including the U.S. POINTER recipe. This presentation will also help everyone to understand the science-backed steps we can take to support lifelong brain health. The event will take place 10 days from now (on Thursday, August 27th) from 2:00pm-3:00pm. RSVP to this event by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Brain Health”.

Hello J-Sei community members. J-Sei’s special Sunday-Funday and sold-out screenings of “Meals That Made Us” is today (08/16)! Come swing by J-Sei today and experience the fair for yourself. The “Funday” will be from 12:00pm-5:00pm, and the screenings of “Meals That Made Us” will be at 11:00am, 2:00pm & 4:00pm. The film will be about 1 hour long, so there should be plenty of time for everyone to explore the fair before and/or after the screening. Come hungry and ready to socialize!
