Last month, youth from California Youth Connection and Foster Youth in Action convened in Ventura County, CA for C*C's Summer Leadership and Policy Fellowship! C*C Members focused on developing workshops for their regions to help move forward local policy campaigns. The days were filled with workshops aimed at developing facilitation and public speaking skills, curriculum development, and learning about statewide policy.

Enhanced Care Management pairs youth with a personal care manager to coordinate all your care: medical and vision, mental health, and more. Care managers will meet you wherever works best for you. They can also connect you to community resources, help with job training, and finding a safe and stable place to live.
