We will absolutely need volunteers on distribution day to help walk families through. We meet at warehouse around 8-8:30 on distribution day 12/13/2025 and have a meeting to go over how things will happen for the day. If you want to help sort and arrange tables we start that the Thursday and Friday prior to distribution. We start at around 9 and go until we are done for the day. Please send a message on what days and times you may be able to help.

We have kicked off the 2025 season. As you may have noticed boxes are out in the community. We will have distribution as usual on the second Saturday in December. We will once again be at the Geisler Warehouse building for the 2025 season. If you are applying, please make sure you will be able to make it between 9am-5pm on December 13th to pick up gifts. A few friendly reminders:
1. We do not deliver gifts to you.
2. We will not have make up dates for you to obtain gifts.
3. Please make sure you have your drivers license or state ID along with proof of children (one of listed items)
1. birth certificate,
2. wic paperwork,
3. dhs paperwork,
4. school records,
5. shot record
(Anything that you have that has these three things on it.)
1. Childs name
2. Childs DOB
3. Parents name.
Application approvals will not go out until after Thanksgiving. However to bring some comfort to many. As long as you are a resident in Midland/Gladwin County and the children are yours by birth, adoption or custody AND you have applied, we will approve your application. PLEASE PRINT YOUR APPROVAL AND BRING IT WITH YOU! This is not a new request, this has been requested yearly. We are ALL volunteers, so please keep in mind when you are getting from our program that all of the people volunteering are donating their time to make sure your family has gifts, so stay kind and show kindness this 2025 season.

Ieuter Insurance Group is an official Midland/Gladwin Area Toys for Tots drop-off point.

The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. Swing by during our office hours to drop off your donation.

We are hoping to find more volunteers for the 2025 season to keep the program running this season. If you would like to become a volunteer please let us know. We will be having a meeting soon to discuss the 2025 season.

I want to take a moment to thank all the people in Gratiot that came to distribution and showed all the volunteers kindness and patience. In all my years I have never been more proud of a community. You are the type of community that has shown how greatful you were to have the program. It did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the volunteers that stepped up and made sure the program could happen this 2024 season. Thank you Brittany for stepping up to become Coordinator for the 2025 season. You came through this year and overcame a lot and learned so much in such a short time. Thank you to all the buisnesses and supporters. This program could never happen without everyone that participated this season. Much love sent from your Midland group. We will always be a county away and always willing to help when needed. ❤️

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS SATURDAY WILL BE THE LAST CHANCE TO RECEIVE GIFTS FOR YOUR CHILDREN THROUGH TOYS FOR TOTS. DISTRIBUTION IS ON THE 21ST AT 311 E SUPERIOR FROM 9-5 FOR FAMILIES THAT GOT AN APPROVED APPLICATION. FROM 2-3 FOR THOSE THAT MISSED THE APPLICATION DEADLINE. STARTING AT 5 WE WILL SERVICE THE NON PROFITS THAT STILL NEED ASSISTANCE. THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER OPTION, NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON IS THAT YOU COULD NOT ATTEND. WE WILL BE DOING A QR CODE TO SIGN EVERYONE IN. THIS WILL ALLOW PEOPLE TO SEE HOW LONG OF A WAIT THEY MAY HAVE. THERE WILL BE A FOOD TRUCK AT DISTRIBUTION, A REALTOR THERE TO TALK TO FAMILIES IF INTERESTED, 211 THERE WITH BAGS FULL OF INFORMATION, BEVERAGES, POPCORN AND COTTON CANDY. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL.
